TAMPA, FLORIDA – September 30, 2021 – HealthEdge Investment Partners (“HealthEdge”) announced today that it has exited the majority of its investment in Fund II portfolio company Formulated Solutions, LLC (“Formulated” or the “Company”) to Linden Capital Partners (“Linden”). HealthEdge generated an exceptional return on its minority investment following strong organic growth at Formulated and retained an ongoing stake in the Company.
Headquartered in Largo, FL, Formulated Solutions provides contract development and manufacturing services for over-the-counter (“OTC”) and prescription (“Rx”) healthcare products, with a focus on complex topical and nasal formulations in semi-solid, aerosol, and liquid formats.
