The firm targets niche segments where the partners have extensive expertise including specialty medical products and devices, provider services, third party & outsourced business services, pharma supply chain, specialty distribution and healthcare information technology.

HealthEdge acquires control or significant minority ownership positions in profitable companies with revenues between $5 and $75 million and enterprise values between $10 and $100 million.
