HealthEdge completed a majority recapitalization of Columbus in December 2016. As part of the transaction, HealthEdge bolstered the management team by leveraging its Operating Partners to serve the roles of CEO, CFO, and COO. Together, with the founder, we will seek to grow the company by expanding the best-in-class service offering to new geographies both organically and through acquisition.
